Niobec's donations and sponsorships program aims to support organizations in achieving their social mission.

Through its involvement in the community, Niobec positions itself as a responsible company that supports the regional economy of the Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean region. Niobec focuses on four main areas: health, education, social issues and sustainable development.

**HEALTH**

We support organizations or causes that:
Contribute to the health and well-being of all age groups in the community;
Support an employee or immediate family member suffering from an incurable illness.

**EDUCATION**

We support education projects that promote and encourage the development of young people's skills and the pursuit of their studies, mainly for:
Educational programs directly related to the mining sector;
Schools in the organization's territory that are disadvantaged.

**SOCIAL**

We support various projects and events based on the development of sustainable partnerships with local community organizations:
The events covered by this policy are limited exclusively to the territory of Saint-Honoré and Saint-David-de-Falardeau.

**SUSTAINABILITY**

We support various projects, events and organizations that:
Are part of a sustainable development approach and vision;
Encourage environmental responsibility, the reduction of waste and pollution through recycling and the implementation of eco-responsible practices.
